Notice on Receipt and Rejection

During the free warranty period, the company will not provide free warranty for damage caused by the following circumstances:

1. Incorrect installation or improper use due to failure to strictly follow the instructions in this manual (such as exceeding the specified limits for carrying people or goods).

2. Situations exceeding the bicycle's applicable range (such as using a road bike for mountain biking).

3. Force majeure events such as natural disasters.

4. Problems with parts repaired by non-KOSEEA dealers.

5. Problems arising from modifications, replacement of original parts, or replacement of parts from other companies.

6. Damage to other parts caused by failure to replace easily worn parts in a timely manner.

Return and Exchange Information

Bicycles are large items. Once dispatched, if the return is not due to quality issues, the customer will need to bear the relevant shipping costs. Please place your order carefully.

2. It is recommended to keep the cardboard boxes and other packaging for 7 days. If you need to return the goods, please pack them according to the original packaging. For the packing method and steps, you can contact customer service for reference with pictures or videos. If the vehicle frame is scratched or the accessories are damaged due to not packing and returning the goods, the cost will be borne by the returning party.

3. Meet the basic conditions for 7-day no-reason return and exchange: The returned goods must not have been unpacked, not ridden, not tried, and not used, and must not affect secondary sales. Accessories, invoice gifts, and other items should be mailed back together with the goods. Please contact customer service in advance for confirmation.

4. The installation of bicycles will leave installation marks. Repeated installation will cause irreversible wear of the crank/pedal screws. Due to the special nature of SHIMANO(Shimano) and SRAM(Speed Link) gear sets, they only support unpacking inspection. If you test ride them, it will affect their secondary sales. Therefore, if you install the pedals, seat tubes, front wheels, etc. privately, there may be installation marks. That is, 7-day no-reason return and exchange are not supported.

5. Due to the limitations of e-commerce platforms and the particularity of the bicycle category, we conduct strict inspections on each bicycle before it leaves the factory. If there are any issues with individual parts of the entire vehicle, such as poor debugging or missing parts, we kindly ask for your understanding. Please contact our online customer service and we will arrange for a technician to come to your place for inspection as soon as possible, and make adjustments or replace the parts.

6. Before returning the goods, please contact the online customer service first, inform them of the tracking number and the name of the Courier company for the return, and provide a photo of the entire packed vehicle. Only after confirming the exact amount of the Courier fee is correct will the goods be sent out.

When returning or exchanging goods due to quality issues, please contact the online customer service. The platform will arrange for a Courier to pick up the item at your door.

8. Non-customized models (without modified frame, without customized standards, and without DIY color combinations) are supported for 7 days without reason. Please contact customer service in advance for communication

Please keep the original packaging. For custom-made products, they will not be returned or exchanged unless there are quality issues and will enjoy normal after-sales service.

To protect your rights and interests, please carefully check whether the outer packaging is intact after signing for it. If there is any damage, deformation or impact marks on the packaging, take photos as evidence and contact the online customer service to inform them of the specific situation.

2. Bicycles are large items. We have chosen a professional Courier company for delivery and used professional thickened packaging. Key parts are all strictly protected. Due to long-distance transportation, it is inevitable that there will be paint scratches and injuries. If there are paint scratches, they can be covered with stickers, nail polish or touchup paint. If there are any bumps or knocks, please contact the online customer service for handling. It will not affect the entire ride. If you have high requirements for the appearance, please place an order with caution Transportation is not easy. Minor scratches or dents on the paint are not considered as reasons for returns or exchanges due to vehicle quality issues. If you mind, please place your order with caution.

3. Bicycles are large items. Once the goods are dispatched, it is easy to fail to intercept them in the middle. If you give up the goods, you can only choose to refuse to sign when the express delivery is made by yourself.

Warm reminder: If a customer refuses to accept the package, they will be responsible for the return fee of the express delivery (see the table below).
