Installation Instructions

When the vehicle is dispatched, 95% of it has been installed. The remaining 5%, including the front wheels and seat tubes, can be installed by you according to our installation video. Installation tools are provided with the vehicle. Additionally, due to long-distance transportation, the transmission, disc brakes and other accessories may need to be adjusted. If you encounter any problems during the installation and adjustment process, you can contact our online customer service.

Installation process

1. For the front wheel, pass the barrel shaft through the center hole between the frame and the wheel, and then tighten and fix the barrel shaft with the nut.

2. There are left and right footreads. "R" stands for right and is installed on the right side of the vehicle. It should be turned clockwise, screwed on and locked. "L" stands for left and is installed on the left side of the vehicle. It should be turned counterclockwise, screwed on and locked. The foot pedal is prone to thread sliping. After you rotate and screw it on, make sure to align it with the thread. Slowly screw it in, rotate it back and forth and reverse it twice. Judge by your touch whether it is smooth to ensure that the thread fits properly and avoid misalignment that may cause thread sliping. If the pedal or crank teeth slip due to the rider's own improper installation, our store will not be held responsible.

When installing a vehicle with hydraulic disc brakes, do not pinch the brake lever before the front brake disc is inserted into the middle of the brake, as this may cause the hydraulic carbon brake to seize, leak oil or get damaged.
