Warranty Information

Thank you for choosing KOSEEA bicycles. You will enjoy KOSEEA's quality assurance and professional service.


During the free warranty period, please bring this instruction manual, purchase invoice, and bicycle to your nearest KOSEEA dealer for free repairs. Repairs for quality issues will be made in the form of parts repair or replacement, and the replaced parts will be the property of KOSEEA.


After the free warranty period, if your bicycle needs repair, please contact your nearest KOSEEA dealer. We will be happy to provide service, but a reasonable fee will be charged for parts and labor.


Parts Names and Warranties


From the date of purchase, the free warranty periods for each part are as follows:


1. Frame – 5-year free warranty against damage caused by non-human factors;


2. Front and rear derailleurs – 6-month free warranty against damage caused by non-human factors;


3. Other parts: fork, rims, seatpost, handlebars, brakes, freewheel, chainring, cranks, front and rear hubs, handlebars;


4. Seatpost, front and rear brakes, rear shock absorber, pedals, bottom bracket – 6-month free warranty against damage caused by non-human factors;


5. Wear parts and parts not listed in the table above, such as inner and outer tires, chain, spokes, brake pads, brake cables, derailleur cables, grips, and racks, are not covered by the free warranty.
